Initial Consultation

This will involve discussions about likely use and function of your garden, likes and dislikes, budget and a wish list of plants and features to be included.

Site Survey

We will take a full set of photos and measurements of your garden and based on these, prepare a thorough design brief and site analysis.

Presentation Drawings

Once the design brief has been agreed, we will prepare a set of presentation drawings incorporating the outline design of the plan. This will include a scale sketch plan,  perspective drawings, elevations and in some cases a 3D computer visual showing how the garden will look.

This is an example of a 2D plan that we initially create

Construction Drawings

Once you are happy with the design, the next stage is to prepare detailed construction drawings including specifications for materials on which the
  garden quotation will be based.

Planting Plan

The next stage is to prepare a detailed planting plan showing placement of plant
varieties, quantities, spacing and a planting schedule.

Project Management

Landscaping is a specialised area which has a number of construction challenges and therefore requires a range of skills. It is particularly important that an experienced and approved landscaper is recruited to carry out major external works. We only select our contractors from known and trusted sources, then manage the project to give you peace of mind and ensure that the project remains within budget, on time and delivers the expected results. The build is reviewed and approved at set stages with the contractor and you will receive a certificate of completed work on completion of the garden.
